Having accumulated this experience, we're ready to share our vision/knowledge, and welcome one more Lead Gen to Stormotion squad.
Stormotion is a Ukrainian team of 24 colleagues with an office in Dnipro. For more than 7 years we’ve been helping startups and SMEs from Germany, Australia, and the US with mobile and web development. The main vectors of our current projects are Healthcare, Wellbeing, and Fitness.
What you'll be working on:
— Research different sources (LinkedIn, UpWork, exhibitions) for tech companies, which match our Client Portrait;
— Build lists of Companies, their Decision Makers, and e-mail Addresses;
— Analyse their pain points and suggest custom solutions;
— Contact those leads, and find those, who're interested in our support;
— Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
About you – preferred requirements for this role:
— Up to 1 year of lead generation experience
— Being a proactive and very persistent Team-Player (remember: Sales is not a Sprint, it's a Marathon);
— English proficiency at B2 level with good speaking skills.
— Being digitally native and having ability to work with Google Spreadsheets;
— Strong Internet Researching skills;
— Skill to have fun with routine work, while being creative with the overall process;
Would be great if you have:
— Experience with CRM or ATS;
— Experience in Data-Sourcing from resources, like Upwork & LinkedIn;
— Google Boolean Search
— Basic understanding of SDLC;

Tech-Task & Technical interview
Depending on the role, you'll firstly receive a technical task with a 2-day deadline or invitation to LiveCoding challenge and after that, will be invited to a Technical Interview. This will be a video call with your future Team Lead, who'll share feedback on your Test Task, ask some technical questions to deeply understand your background.
