Your role will be:
— Searching for, pre-selecting, and interviewing potential candidates for various IT roles (both tech roles like React Native or Nest.js developers and non-tech roles like lead generation specialists or copywriters).
— Generating ideas for sourcing potential candidates (LinkedIn, social media, job boards, Upwork, different channels, etc);
— Tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining the Candidate Databases;
— Performing routine tasks to support the recruitment process;
— Assisting with internal company activities.
To join the team you need:
— Being a human-oriented person who values healthy communication and is driven by finding the right people;
— Experience in talent sourcing with proven success cases;
— Experience in conducting interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit (would be a plus);
— An educational background in Informational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (would be a plus);
— Proficiency in English (B2) and Ukrainian (both written and spoken);
— Strong presentation and communication skills (because you as a recruiter create the first impression about the company);
— A highly organized, self-motivated, curious, and proactive approach to process improvement.
— Being digitally native, accurate, and loving working with data and spreadsheets.

Tech-Task & Technical interview
Depending on the role, you'll firstly receive a technical task with a 2-day deadline or invitation to LiveCoding challenge and after that, will be invited to a Technical Interview. This will be a video call with your future Team Lead, who'll share feedback on your Test Task, ask some technical questions to deeply understand your background.
