What is the difference between building a White-Label product from scratch and customizing an existing one?
Building from scratch (like DeftPower or Nova) gives you full control over architecture, multi-tenancy, and customization capabilities. Customizing an existing White-Label (like Atlante) means working within the vendor’s SDK limitations – we can add significant features, but only within the allowed boundaries.
How much customization is possible when using someone else’s White-Label platform?
It depends on the vendor’s rules. We can add custom screens, loyalty programs, billing modules, new flows, and branding. However, core architecture and some deep system features usually remain restricted. We always map exact possibilities during the Discovery phase.
Who controls the release process in a White-Label project?
In most cases, the platform owner (vendor) controls the final release. We manage development, testing, and coordination, then prepare acceptance builds for the vendor. We also help establish clear processes to reduce dependency and speed up releases.
